Event photography
Event photography is what I started out with and still love doing. Whether it is at a concert, night club or sports event, the dynamic nature of it gives many opportunities for unique, natural compositions. Partners that I have worked with before are the Museumnacht Leiden, Gebr. De Nobel, the EL CID and the PrinsjesFestival.
Gala photography
When people are dressed to impress, capturing it in a photo is the cherry on top of the entire evening. Happy faces and excited people are my drivers for this type of photography work. Previous clients include student associations SSR-Leiden, DAC, and study associations Labyrint, SPIL, as well as other organisations such as De Balgerij.
Introduction
Halfway into my studies in Leiden I started getting interested in photography and bought my own camera, a Canon EOS M6. Since then, I have been getting more and more involved in photography. In 2020 and 2021 I was the photography editor of the EL CID introduction week at Leiden University. The experience I built up there motivated me to do various paid photography jobs.
